Returns & Refund policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your order, simply return the product within 30 calendar days of receiving your order and we’ll issue a full refund—no hassle, no fuss. We’re committed to offering great quality and value, every time.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. To start a return, please contact us at hi@letsplayoutsides.co.uk to receive your Return Authorisation Number. We will then provide you with the address where you can post the item you would like to return.
  3. To ensure your item(s) arrive safely, please package them securely before returning. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service. For returns valued at £100 or more, we advise insuring the item(s) for their full value and using a delivery service that requires a signature. Please note, we may not issue a refund or exchange if returned item(s) are lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Once your return is received, we’ll assess the item(s) and process the refund to your original payment method. Please note, if the item(s) are found to be used or not in their original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to cover any loss in value. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns/refund.

  • Sale items 
  • Shipping fees
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds?

As soon as we approve your refund request, the money leaves our account within 2 business days. However, it may take a little time to show up on your end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please check your bank account to see if the refund has been received. If it’s not there, we recommend contacting your credit card provider, as some companies may take up to 30 days to process refunds. You might also want to check with your bank, as there can be additional processing time on their end.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at hi@letsplayoutside.co.uk

(This policy excludes errors made when providing shipping details on your order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

The tracking number will be emailed to the purchase email as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

We would not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel individual items or your full order as long as your order hasn’t been processed and/or shipped. To cancel, please contact us at hi@letsplayoutside.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and/or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
