Shipping policy
Delivery services stated in this policy are subject to both service availability and stock levels. All delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
The stated delivery times represent the total number of working days we anticipate for order fulfilment and delivery. Let's Play Outside shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delayed or late deliveries, and no compensation will be offered in such cases.
Shipping and Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, processing and shipment times may be delayed. We kindly ask that you allow additional time for delivery during such periods. Should there be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, you will be notified via email.
When each item on your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number to track your parcel(s). You can then track your parcel to get the most recent updates on the status of the delivery for your item(s).
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Fees depend on the total cost of the order and your location. We use Royal Mail 1st Class and DPD Tracked services.

My delivery is delayed. What do I do?
If you are experiencing a delay with your order, we would ask that you continue to monitor your tracking for further updates.
It is common to see delays between scans while your item is in transit. Rest assured that we will do our best to have your order delivered to you by the estimated delivery date. If over 6 calendar days have passed since the update on the tracking, please contact us so that we can check the status of your order with our carrier.
I Have Not Received All Of My Delivery. What happens now?
If your item ships in multiple boxes (usually the case for our larger items e.g. strollers), in some rare instances delivery of single boxes may take place on separate days.
If you have not received your full delivery as expected:
- Open the parcel(s) you have received to confirm everything was not dispatched in the parcel(s) received
- Check the email we sent you with your tracking information to make confirm whether or not your order has been split into multiple packages as the rest of your order may still be on the way to you, and a second delivery may take place within the following 1-2 business days.
- If the tracking email does not provide you with an update on delivery, please contact us so that we can get your item(s) to you as soon as possible.
How Will My Order be Delivered?
We are committed to providing a fast, safe, and reliable delivery service for all of our items. Upon dispatch, we will email you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel(s). It is currently not possible to choose a carrier for delivery.
Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday.
Returns
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your order, simply return the product within 30 calendar days of receiving your order and we’ll issue a full refund—no hassle, no fuss. We’re committed to offering great quality and value, every time.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at hi@letsplayoutside.co.uk to receive your Return Authorisation Number. We will then provide you with the address where you can post the item you would like to return.
- To ensure your item(s) arrive safely, please package them securely before returning. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service. For returns valued at £100 or more, we advise insuring the item(s) for their full value and using a delivery service that requires a signature. Please note, we may not issue a refund or exchange if returned item(s) are lost or damaged in transit.
- Once your return is received, we’ll assess the item(s) and process the refund to your original payment method. Please note, if the item(s) are found to be used or not in their original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to cover any loss in value. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
